Ms. Papierska-Mazurek graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań. She is a member of the Poznan Bar Association. Ms. Papierska gained her practical experience in renowned international law firms in Warsaw and Poznan.
Ms. Papierska-Mazurek has successfully participated in several legal proceedings, particularly in the field of unfair competition and industrial property rights. She has represented companies and natural persons in proceedings before the Polish Patent Office. As part of her work, Ms. Papierska-Mazurek advises companies on their daily business dealings, and supports her clients in the formation and dissolution of companies.
She also organizes and takes part in shareholders' meetings. Ms. Papierska negotiates, drafts and reviews commercial contracts, general terms and conditions and standard contracts with a focus on advertising and marketing services. Ms. Papierska also advises on building law proceedings and disputes.

Mrs. Jaśkiewicz-Reichard graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She was scholar at the University of Padua in Italy (Università degli Studi di Padova). She is Member of the Bar Association of Advocates in Poznań. She acquired experience in major, prestigious law firms in Poznań.
Mrs. Jaśkiewicz-Reichard concentrates her practice on real estate, labour, illegal competition, consumer and media law.Mrs. Jaśkiewicz-Reichard has broad experience in business litigation. She represented clients in numerous lawsuits, including unfair competition, intellectual propriety and labour law.In the course of her work, Mrs. Jaśkiewicz-Reichard provides continuous services for corporations and property management companies.
She drafts internal documents, supports organizing corporations’ general meetings and general assemblies. She negotiates, drafts and reviews business agreements with particular focus on copyright issues and real estate.She also participated in preparing due diligence reports on entities active in the fields of wind energy and construction.
